Holy Flank Steak

Grill a large flank steak seasoned with Holy Cow and SPG Seasoning on a preheated grill. Cook to your liking, rest in foil for 5 minutes, and enjoy as a delicious main dish. Perfect alongside street corn or any other favorite sides!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Flank Steak
  • 1-3 tbl Meat Church Holy Cow Seasoning
  • 1-3 tbl Sucklebusters SPG Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill with the lid closed to about 350/400˚F .
  • In the meantime season your steak, add as much or as little to the steak as you desire.
  • Once the grill is heated, place the steak on the grill and cook to your desired temperature.
  • After reaching desired temperature, lightly wrap in tin foil and let the steak rest for 5 minutes, temperature should rise while resting.
  • Serve the flavorful steak as the main for any dish, it goes GREAT with our street corn recipe!
